     Sarah Howes was born in 1617 at Norfolk, England.1 She was the daughter of Robert Howes and Priscilla Wright.

Sarah Howes married Henry Whelpley, son of James Wakeley and Alice Glascock, on 1 May 1661.4 As of 1 May 1661,her married name was Whelpley. Her married name was Keeler.
