     Deliverance Whelpley was born on 18 January 1651 at Stratford, Connecticut Colony.1,2 He was the son of Henry Whelpley and Sarah Howes.

Deliverance Whelpley, age 27, married Hannah Nash, age 27 , daughter of Edward Nash and Rose (Sherwood) Rumball, on 3 December 1678 at the Stratford, Connecticut Colony.

Deliverance wrote his will on 15 October 1707.1,5 He died on 6 November 1707 at Stratford, Connecticut Colony, at age 56.1,2,4 Deliverance was buried after 6 November 1707 at the Old Congregational Burying Ground, Stratford, Connecticut.2 His estate was inventoried on 27 November 1707.5 His will was proved on 5 December 1707.1,5
