Meribah Emery was born on 20 March 1740 at Kittery, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).1 She was the daughter of Simon Emery and Martha Lord.1 As of 10 December 1761,her married name was Dam.1
Meribah Emery, age 21, married Jabez Dam, age 29 , son of Richard Dam and Elizabeth Leighton, on 10 December 1761 at Portsmouth, Rockingham County, Colony of New Hampshire.
Meribah Emery was mentioned in the will of Jabez Dam on 21 May 1811.1 Meribah Emery died on 24 February 1838 at age 97.1
