Julian James Kolinski was born on 19 September 1923 at Boston, Massachusetts.3,4,5,6 He was the son of Micheal Kolinski and Helen Bingel.2 Julian appeared on the US Census of 1930 living at 142 Chambers Street, Boston, Massachusetts,in the household of his parents, Micheal and Helen Kolinski.7 Julian appeared on the US Census of 1940 living at 65 Poplar Street, Boston, Massachusetts,in the household of his parents, Micheal and Helen Kolinski.8 He enlisted in the U.S. Army 3 May 1943 and was discharged on 8 March 1946.6
