     Julian James Kolinski was born on 19 September 1923 at Boston, Massachusetts.3,4,5,6 He was the son of Micheal Kolinski and Helen Bingel.2 Julian appeared on the US Census of 1930 living at 142 Chambers Street, Boston, Massachusetts,in the household of his parents, Micheal and Helen Kolinski.7 Julian appeared on the US Census of 1940 living at 65 Poplar Street, Boston, Massachusetts,in the household of his parents, Micheal and Helen Kolinski.8 He enlisted in the U.S. Army 3 May 1943 and was discharged on 8 March 1946.6

Julian James Kolinski married Elaine Whelpley, daughter of Edward Horace Whelpley and Grace Evelen Seymour, in 1949 at the Boston, Massachusetts.

Julian, age 26 years, and Elaine Kolinski, age 23 years, appeared on the US Census of 1950 at 69 Myrtle Street, apartment 2, Boston, Massachusetts.10 According to the Federal Census in 1950, Julian was a bar tender.10 In March 1964 Julian and Elaine lived at Readville, Boston, Massachusetts, at the time of Elaine's father, Edward Whelpley's death.11 Julian James Kolinski died on 9 September 1987 at Stoughton, Massachusetts, at age 63.3,4,6,12 Julian was buried at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, Massachusetts, in Section Garden of Gethsemane, Lot 29 C Grave 3.12
