     Fay Agnes David was born on 16 May 1909 at Torrington, Connecticut.3 She was the daughter of Andrew David and Edna Habeeb.2 Fay, age 30 years, and Edward, age 59 years, appeared on the US Census of 1940 on 1162 Hanover Street, Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, Edward and Fay were lodgers with the Heald family.4 Fay Agnes David and Edward Charles Burnett filed marriage intentions on 16 May 1947 at Manchester, New Hampshire.5,6 As of 16 May 1947,her married name was Burnett.1
