Samuel Lord was born circa 1712 at Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).1 He was the son of Captain Samuel Lord and Martha Wentworth.1
Samuel Lord married Mary Schackley, daughter of Richard Schackley and Hannah Hodsdon.
Samuel and Mary owned covenant at First Church of Berwick, Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine), on 19 August 1733. Their daughter, Mary, was christened the same day.1 Samuel and Mary were admitted to the First Church of Berwick, Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine), on 2 February 1734/35.1 Samuel Lord was mentioned in the will of Captain Samuel Lord on 23 February 1761 at Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).1 Samuel Lord was mentioned in the will of Martha Wentworth on 7 September 1764 at Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine). She also left to her three slaves: maidservant Sarah who should be freed after Martha's death; servent Amos Hall, who should be freed on his 30th birthday; and servent girl, Amey Hall who should be freed on her 25th birthday.1 Samuel wrote his will on 25 August 1773.1 He died on 7 February 1774 at Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).1
