Sarah Lord was born on 28 March 1696 at Kittery, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).1 She was the daughter of Deacon Nathan Lord and Martha Tozier.1 As of 20 September 1716,her married name was Roberts.1
Sarah Lord, age 20, married Samuel Roberts, age 29 , son of Hatevil Roberts and Lydia Roberts, on 20 September 1716 at the Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).
Sarah and Samuel owned covenant at First Church of Berwick, Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine), on 7 May 1721. Samuel was baptized the same day along with two of their children.1 In March 1751, Sarah Roberts of Somersworth, Colony of New Hampshire, waived the administration of the estate of her husband.1
