     Michel Doucet was born on 17 October 1754 at Beaubassin, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.2 He was the son of Charles Doucet and Marie-Anne Arsenault.1

Michel Doucet, age 21, married Anna Boudrot, age 15 , daughter of Joseph Boudrot and Marie-Jeanne Haché, on 12 September 1776 at the Miscou, Colony of Nova Scotia (now New Brunswick), British North America.
