ARCHBALDJames Gaughan, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Gaughan of Mt. Vernon, died at 11 o'clock Monday night after illness of five months. He was first afflicted with la grippe which the skill the doctors was unable to overcome and he continued to fail until the end came Monday night. deceased was about 17 years old he was Thea highly regarded by his associates. He was a quiet boy, whose death will be regretted by all who know him. He was a brother of School Director M. F. Gaughan and of William, Thomas, Patrick and John Gaughan, all of this place. His funeral takes place Thursday morning, when a requiem mass will be St. Thomas' church. |
