  He may have been the Robert Edge, aged 25, who sailed on board the Hopewell from London in the middle of September 1635, and arrived in Boston in mid November. There his name disappears for 15 years, until 1650. Possibly, he had returned to England, married, and then returned to New England with his family around 1649.
