     Sarah Dean was the daughter of Joseph Dean and Rebecca Allen.1 When her father's estate was probated on 5 January 1722, she received £30 as per his will.1 As of 29 March 1740,her married name was Travis.1

Sarah Dean married Joseph Travis, age 39 , son of James Travis and Marcy Leland, on 29 March 1740 at Sudbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay, They were married by Israel Loring
